The Crafty is a creative space built for people who make with their hands and think with their hearts.
We believe craft isn’t a trend or a pastime, it’s a way of grounding yourself, connecting with others, and making meaning in a world that moves too fast. The Crafty exists to give making the time, space, and respect it deserves.
Through camps, events, and shared experiences, The Crafty brings people together around the simple act of making, because craft is better when it’s communal, intentional, and lived-in.
The Crafty is housed in the bank on High street which was once home to the First National Bank back in1907.
Rooted in Mineral Point’s past and alive in its present, the building stands as a quiet reminder that reuse is its own form of reverence, and that what endures most is what continues to be lived in.
