About Us
McDonald Blinds and Shades is a custom window covering business, offering a complete line of Graber window treatments. The owner, Steve McDonald, has over 30 years of experience with Graber window treatments. He offers free in home consultations during the day as well as evening and weekends. During the consultation he works with the home owner to understand their needs. Some customers know exactly what they want while others would like advisement, which Steve will provide. Samples will be reviewed, measurements taken and a quote provided at the appointment. Orders are placed within a day. When the product arrives, an appointment is made & installation occurs, usually within 2-3 weeks. Steve just opened a showroom at 105 E Main Street in Mount Horeb where customers thinking about window treatments can pop in to review available products, control types, colors, patterns & more. Steve stands behind the quality of our products. If a problem occurred, it will be promptly taken care of.
