Zumba Gold is still exercise in disguise just in a low impact/ low intensity class. Zumba Gold® is modified to the moves and pace to suit the needs of participants young and old, and for the ones that are just starting out to exercise. Dance and fitness moves are put together in simple ways and danced to music from all over the world!
