In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make the traditional Norwegian flatbread from scratch. Working in teams, you’ll try your hand at several different recipes and techniques.
By the end of class, you’ll not only leave with fresh-made lefse, but also the skills and inspiration to carry on this tradition in your own kitchen.
