Mineral Point Insulator Show 2026
Mineral Point Insulator Show 2026 — A Fun, Unique Day Out for Everyone
You’re invited to the Mineral Point Insulator Show 2026, happening Saturday, August 29 (not Labor Day weekend!) from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the beautiful Mineral Point Railroad Depot — the oldest surviving railroad depot in Wisconsin, built in 1856.
Even if you’re not a collector, this is a fun and easy way to experience a slice of history, enjoy the lively atmosphere, and discover the fascinating story of glass insulators and their role in early railroads and communications. Come on down and see the amazing variety of glass insulators — along with porcelain, bottles, and more — in all kinds of designs, styles, and colors. It’s a great outing for history buffs, train lovers, artists, and anyone who enjoys unique local treasures.
The show will take place under a large tent, so it’s rain or shine, and the Depot will be open for restrooms and museum visits. An auction will be part of the day, and you’ll find plenty of great food options just steps away, including a classic hometown ice cream shop.
Mark your calendar and join us for a fun, friendly, and memorable day in Mineral Point. More details coming soon — we look forward to seeing you there!Video
