Create Silver Jewelry

Are you curious about how to solder and fabricate a sterling silver ring? A series of metalworking techniques from sawing and texturing to sizing and forming will be introduced. Students learn to apply heat with a torch for annealing and soldering. The ring journey focuses on a variety of techniques to create band over band, spinner, stackable, or a basic stone setting—an opportunity to make a ring as unique as you! The instructor features many jeweler’s bench tricks, plus several safety tips. Students must bring an open-mind, ready to explore! All skill levels are welcome.

Materials fee includes a starter kit to make one to three rings. A selection of stones will be available for purchase.
