If you’ve seen The Great British Bake Off, you know all about pâte à choux! Learn the fundamentals of pâte à choux in this hands-on pastry class. Participants will mix, pipe, and bake classic cream puffs while focusing on technique, structure, and proper baking. The class will cover filling methods, temperature considerations, and make-ahead tips before assembling ice cream–filled cream puffs.
After class, we’ll gather around the table and indulge. Plan on bringing unfilled puffs home.
A cash bar will be available for ticketed guests.
