MINERAL POINT, Wis.—Channel your inner femme fatale and wise crack your way through the evening at Shake Rag Alley’s fifth annual Ghostly Gathering on Oct. 25. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for this freakishly fun fall evening with a noir theme. The event features a variety of festive experiences on the 2.5-acre campus in the historic heart of Mineral Point.

Entertainment includes live music with Minneapolis-based Smokin' Joe & Qlivia, a rope suspension & wax show with Miss Mega, tarot readings, and a Night Market. Food options will be available, including Pie Chart Pizza truck, ice cream from The Sweet Life Cream Parlor, sweet & savory bites by Wild Blue Yonder Coffee House, and wicked s’mores at the forge. Show up costumed for the fun and have a chance to win a cash prize in either the individual or group category.

A Ghostly Gathering celebrates the ephemeral, the uncanny, the witchy and wonderful about the season. General admission tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. All ticket sales are final. This is a rain or snow or shine event. The fall fundraiser supports Shake Rag Alley’s programming and mission.

The Night Market brings together unique crafters, artists & artisans, makers of autumn and Halloween-themed items, and anyone whose wares are ready for this special event and its magical, haunted, or disguised patrons. There are vendor spots still available for the Night Market. Business sponsorships are available to support community programming and the arts. Volunteers can join in the fun of decorating the campus and assisting at the event. For more information, visit https://shakeragalley.org/ghostly-gathering/ or call (608) 987-3292.

Note: This evening is not recommended for children. Shake Rag Alley’s family-friendly Trick’r Treat night will be held on October 31, after the Halloween parade!
