Telling Your Story
Unleash your creativity as you craft your own book blending found words, symbols, color, mark making and images. You will learn multiple ways of binding your very own artist book along with a beautiful way to craft your cover using a plaster technique along with encaustic medium. Whether you are an experienced artist or a beginner, this hands-on workshop will guide you in creating a beautiful, one-of-a-kind art book that captures your personal style and narrative.
Materials Fee Includes use of acrylic Inks, rub on transfers, decoupage papers, old books, stencils, clear encaustic medium, plaster, papers, use of molds and foam clay for your covers, old fibers, fabric and doilies.
