Mineral Point’s very own cheesemaker, Joe Burns, is back at The Book Kitchen with Raclette!
Join us for an evening where Joe will share the delicious history of raclette and serve it the authentic way—poured hot and gooey over tender boiled potatoes. It’s a simple, casual night of Alpine comfort food!
A cash bar will be available for all ticketed guests.
