Cook - Culinary Services - .5 FTE position, 40 hours every two weeks. Shift times are 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Will direct culinary staff in food production, cleanliness, sanitation and the delivery of food preparation. Will be responsible to provide direct line cooking and food preparation skills in conjunction with other culinary services staff. Prefer prior institutional food service experiences. Successful completion of the Serve-Safe certification will be required to be obtained after employment begins. This position will have an every other weekend and holiday rotation.
