Makers & Shakers Art Party: Paper Quilling

Quilling is the ancient art of rolling and shaping paper strips into intricate designs. Carol will share a brief history of the art of quilling and teach you how to create a fun fall image to place on a decorative card. All materials provided and the quilling kit will be yours to keep (provided by Carol in memory of Shake Rag Alley co-founder, Judith Sutcliff). The quilling kit contains a slotted tool, circle sizer ruler, and quilling instruction guide.
