Free Summer Movie Series

Join us for a FREE summer movie series, presented in partnership with the Mineral Point Public Library. Each movie shown this summer is based on a book in celebration of the Opera House and Library partnership! Movies will be shown every Thursday night at 7:00 pm starting June 12 and running through August 28. Concessions will be available for purchase.

This movie follows a historic leader during the final months of the Civil War as he fights to pass the 13th Amendment and abolish slavery in the United States. Amid political opposition and personal struggles, he navigates complex alliances to change the course of American history. Rated PG-13.
