Chair yoga is a gentle class, adapting yoga poses using a chair and other props (yoga blocks and bolsters, straps, blankets). Using a chair while seated or standing helps with support and balance. This class will include mindfulness and breathing exercises, along with gentle stretches and movements, and ends with a meditation. This class aims to improve well-being, increase mobility and strength, reduce stress, stretch the body and relax the mind. Props provided. Callie Jo Gundlach, Instructor
