The Appelmans have more than five years of experience in hardwood log and mulch mushroom cultivation. During these 5 years of growing they have also utilized their knowledge of mycoremediation to its full revitalizing potential by using mycoactive compost in their soil to better the health of their crops and the surrounding ecosystem.
