You will learn to use lean tools to identify waste easily and help others be more efficient. The lecture portion of the course is 40 hours and spread over 6 weeks\, additional time is required to complete a project. You will be required to complete this project which must be approved by the instructor using the tools learned in the class. Upon completion of this course\, you will receive a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
