Residing in Newaygo\, MI\, Gabe spent 13 years in Nashville\, TN as a contract songwriter with Lunacy Records and Little Chuckie Records. Having signed his first recording contract in 1998 at the age of 17\, he has enjoyed a music career that spans many decades with a focus on experiencing and documenting (through songs and oil paintings) rural America\, real America.
