Im fascinated\, in particular\, with how time is involved in aesthetics. Regardless of other variables\, time and timing are powerful. My work tends to look as if objects are exploding or imploding\, contracting or expanding\, separating or mixing\, being created or getting destroyed. I want my paintings to seem in motion or 'on the way' to something.
